Chat Rooms

From time to time, WHAFS may offer chat rooms or posting boards.  By choosing to post information in any chat room or on any posting boards, you may be revealing your personal information to the public.  If you do not wish for your personal information to be disclosed to the public, you should consider whether including any such information in your postings is appropriate or refraining from using the chat rooms or posting boards.  By using any WHAFS chat room or posting board you acknowledge that WHAFS has no control over what information third parties may obtain or what such third parties may do with such information.  You also acknowledge and agree that WHAFS may disclose your personal information posted in any chat room or on any posting board offered by WHAFS if WHAFS reasonably believes it is required to do so by law, to protect itself, or to protect other users. 

Children

The Web Site is not intended for children.  WHAFS does not knowingly or specifically seek to collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.  In the event that WHAFS obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information from an individual under eighteen (18) years of age, WHAFS shall take steps to delete such information from its database.  WHAFS does not authorize individuals under eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Web Site or WHAFS’s products or services.

Modifications or Changes

WHAFS may modify or change this Policy at any time and from time to time.  Such modifications or changes to this Policy may set forth changes in the way WHAFS collects, uses or discloses information or to reflect changes in applicable rules, regulations, laws and industry standards.  Your use of the Web Site after any such modification or change is posted constitutes your consent to the same. 

Applicable Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts or choice of laws principles, and any disputes arising out of or in any way connected with or relating to this Policy or the Web Site shall be venued in Dane County, Wisconsin.  You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any dispute arising out of or in any way connected with or relating to this Policy must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises or will be forever barred.
