Health Benefits: Through a partnership with Kunkel, Bounds & Associates, Inc., WHA Financial Solutions offers clients unparalleled expertise in employee health benefits. Through active management of claims and data--working with the claims administrator and engaging with and managing areas of high cost--we are able to return significant savings to the client’s bottom line. By monitoring the effectiveness and outcomes of these areas, clients are provided insight into the performance of their program.
Voluntary Benefits: Many employers are looking to shift more of the responsibility for benefits selection to the employee. Our voluntary programs can either be designed to work in conjunction with traditional employer-paid programs or expand available benefit options. Specializing in providing innovative plan design, delivery, enrollment, and administration of voluntary payroll deducted employee benefits, we focus on each step of the process in order to ensure uniformity of procedures and practices.
Fee-Based Solutions
In addition to the traditional, commission-based insurance, WHA Financial Solutions offers a fee-based program. Our fee-based program delivers employee benefit solutions that alleviate risk and improve efficiency through strategic review of the benefit program needs and objectives.
Our clients can expect:
- Comprehensive, straightforward claims analysis for strong cost control
- Program modeling to maximize your benefits investment while understanding employee utilization impacts
